Delete your account

You can delete your ScholarMind account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways:

1. In the app (instant)

Open ScholarMind → Me tab → under Account, tap Delete my account and confirm. This immediately deletes your account and study profile from our server and signs you out on every device.

2. By email (if you can't use the app)

Email sgupta8874@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, subject "Delete my ScholarMind account". We verify the request against your sign-in email, delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account (the Google sign-in link) and your study profile — name, class/exam choice and exam date. These are the only personal data we store on our servers.

What stays

On your phone: downloaded books, notes and study material stay on the device until you uninstall the app — they were never on our servers. Anonymous data: content-error reports and anonymous usage counters that contain no account information. Purchases: your Google Play purchase history is managed by Google Play, not by us.
